Lever leg extension
Lever leg extension is a moderate exercise. It trains quads. You need Machine.
Detailed explanation
Adjust the seat so the machine pivot aligns with your knees and the roller rests on the front of your lower legs, just above the ankles. Sit with your back against the pad, hips on the seat, and hands holding the handles.
Exhale and extend your knees smoothly until your legs are nearly straight, without forcefully locking them. Pause briefly, then lower the weight slowly to the starting position. Keep your hips down and avoid swinging.
